Employment Networks was created to build a more transparent and operationally sound hiring marketplace. The goal is to connect recruiters, companies, and candidates through structured workflows, clear accountability, and systems that support better outcomes.
The founding team combines deep technical architecture, cloud and AI experience, recruiting operations, process design, and marketplace thinking. Together, that mix shapes the foundation behind splits.network and applicant.network.

02 -- CO-FOUNDER
Brandon Korous
Brandon Korous is a co-founder of Employment Networks and the primary technical builder behind splits.network and applicant.network. He brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, and AI-driven systems.
Brandon has led large-scale technology initiatives across enterprise environments, designing secure, scalable infrastructure and modern development platforms that support complex business operations.
At Employment Networks, Brandon leads the technical development of the platform, helping turn the company’s marketplace vision into scalable software, reliable infrastructure, and automation-driven systems.

Floyd Kobler
Floyd Kobler is a co-founder of Employment Networks and one of the builders behind splits.network and applicant.network. His work focuses on marketplace operations, recruiting workflow design, and the systems that keep hiring activity organized, transparent, and efficient.
With experience across recruiting operations, client services, and high-volume support environments, Floyd brings a practical operator mindset to the platform. His focus is on improving submission quality, recruiter responsiveness, and candidate movement through hiring pipelines.
At Employment Networks, Floyd helps shape the operational model of the marketplace, including representation workflows, submission standards, and rules-based payout concepts that align incentives for recruiters, companies, and sourcers.
